Architecture has taught me how a system holds together before making surface decisions, and I carry this directly into how I approach all of my work.

My work is strongest in environments with real constraints and undefined scope.
I'm comfortable working in lean teams or solo, and I'm used to owning design end-to-end from scratch.
I take the same care with unglamorous middle work and anything public-facing.

Scope before solutions
I map tension points early, so I can make decisions against a clear framework, not improvising as I go.
Clarity as a deliverable
From design to documentation, I measure my work by whether someone with no prior context can make sense of it.
Empathy beyond end users
I invest in understanding what my teammates need to do their jobs well, and I treat that as part of the design problem.
